Terms of Service for AI Nutrition Scan
These Terms of Service explain the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of the AI Nutrition Scan application and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Nutrition Scan. Please read these Terms carefully. By using AI Nutrition Scan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this entire Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not use the AI Nutrition Scan service.

1. The AI Nutrition Scan Service
AI Nutrition Scan is an application that utilizes artificial intelligence to identify and analyze nutritional content from image and audio. The service allows users to capture photos of their meals or use voice logging, which is then processes into ingredient lists, portion estimates, and macronutrient summaries. AI Nutrition Scan does not own the content that users upload or process but facilitates nutritional insights based on data provided.
AI Nutrition Scan complies with applicable laws and fully respects third-party rights. The app is not liable for the content uploaded by users, nor for the nutritional estimates or advice generated by AI Nutritionist from such content.
2. Changes to the AI Nutrition Scan Service
AI Nutrition Scan reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features and functionalities of the service without prior notice. We may discontinue some or all features of the service at any time. If you are dissatisfied with any changes to the service, your only option is to stop using it.
3. Privacy Policy
The AI Nutrition Scan Privacy Policy, available within the application, governs how we collect, use, maintain, and disclose information from users. - Monthly: This is an auto renewing subscription plan that is billed monthly and enables unlimited meal logging and AI Nutritionist support
- Annual: This is an auto renewing subscription plan that is billed annually and enables unlimited meal logging and AI Nutritionist support

- What Data is Shared: When you use the photo logging, voice logging, or AI Nutritionist chat features, the specific content you provide (such as images of food, audio recordings of your voice, or text descriptions of your meals) is transmitted to our third-party AI processors.
- Purpose of Sharing: This data is shared solely to perform the nutritional analysis, generate ingredient lists, and provide the conversational AI responses requested by you.

- User Consent: By enabling AI features within the app and submitting content for analysis, you provide your explicit consent for this data to be shared with and processed by these third-party providers. You may opt-out at any time by ceasing to use the AI-driven features of the application.
